The lobster tail had shrunk to half it's normal size from sitting in hot liquid for so long. The shrimp were delicious but difficult to shell. Light spicy would have been perfect for me. I ordered medium spicy, which means serious heat, so buyer beware. I finally just cut my way to the meat with heavy shears.
